  1. I was going to guess dryer lint, but now after E.C. guessed wasp or hornet’s nest, I think that might be what it is. This one is a tough one.

    I really have no idea, but I will go with bark from a tree. :)
    Last weeks dried dregs of a glass of wine, I still maintain it is syrup over ice-cream. :lol:

  3. I’ve used “grey” for years but I’m tired of correcting the computer’s spell check correction so I surrender to “gray” more often than not. Have no clue as to the identity of the photo!

  4. It looks like some kind of fiber, perhaps wool? Boiled and crocheted tightly? My hubby might buy me a macro lens for Mother’s Day. Then I can torment people, too.
